A motivation to “give back” to the world drives Peter's public and private work. At Soundsmith, he created a mentoring model to train people interested in the field and give them the experience necessary to build a career. As Executive Producer of DirectGrace Records, Peter manages a wide range of audio specialists in the production and promotion of DirectGrace recordings, and enables the gifted artists central to the project to do their best work.
